I had a very informative and easy session with Nina Dolman. She stayed to the point and had all bases covered for my needs.

I recently talked to Nina Dolman to find a plan that was right for my needs. She was very patient and professional. She took time to understand my situation and recommend a plan that was tailored for my needs. Overall, I had a great experience working with her and would recommend them to anyone.

Holly was exceptional with answering questions we had. She was polite and knowledgeable. With Covid-19 on the go we had a virtual meeting which was excellent with our hectic work schedules. We had a great meeting and are very fortunate to have her be our agent.

Do not get insurance from this company. I am writing in support of witnessing there hiring practices. Somehow they have bypassed the labour laws in Ontario. No pay for training, no pay for any courses needed to do the job. They only make money off you.

I had the misfortune of being on a call with this company recently.Here's a list of things these guys did:1. In a prior call that neither I nor my wife was on, they tried to sell my 16 year old life insurance.2. A supervisor" who was on the call interrupted the call to chastise me for "not being engaged in the call" after I told them I was not interested in certain products but they pushed them anyway. I guess I wasn't paying enough attention during that part of the call.3. The same supervisor tried to ridicule me when I evaded questions about my personal insurance situation (none of his business at that time)4. Their "agents" use gmail accounts. What kind of a reputable insurance company uses gmail accounts?Overall

Steer clear if you are thinking about working here. No pay for training. No base pay. Expects you to do all of the training for free and helps with no coverage in acquiring a license. Those agents you are talking to don't get paid unless they sell you that policy.

Please know the agents you are talking to are working on full commission. The only way they get a pay cheque is selling a policy to you. Is that who you want to buy insurance from?

Horrible service and probably a scam. I’ve been trying to cancel my plan for a while now and still can’t get through to any agent!Called over 30 times and still haven’t spoken to a person.Absolutely ridiculous!Yeah they are great when you sign up and very friendly but impossible to get s hold of after that! What would happen if their was an accident and my wife needed to get in touch with them.They Should be easier to get a hold of.Definitely do not recommend to anyone.

It was a pleasure talking to ​Nina Dolman a Senior Benefit Specialist. She was able to speak about my benefits that I had and the one benefit that was weighing heavily on me that I did not have. I do not want to have my children having to pay for my funeral expenses as they are not cheap and I do not want my children to have to worry about where they are going to get the money to pay for this.Thank you very much Nina Dolman and AIL for taking the weight off of my shoulders!
