The car was repaired quickly. I dropped it off in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon.

I brought my Corolla here for an inspection on the front right wheel bearing I had another shop replace, as payment was pending. Steve told me it was fine and the noise I was hearing was the left front bearing.A week later I bring it back to him to do the left front bearing. When I go to pick it up he says it was the right front bearing he did, hence admitting to giving me inaccurate information. He also shies away from being forthcoming about the shady work the other shop did, wanting to avoid any involvement. I get that, but as my mechanic I expect you to be transparent.Another week goes by and I'm hearing noise from the bearing Steve replaced. I bring it in and he says nothings wrong with it, starts referring to other parts that may have an issue and that I may be hearing things. He says I should trust him by now (after he inaccurately told me the bearing I had him inspect was fine).Over the weekend it gets so loud and high pitched I couldn't even keep my windows down, and felt bad for any pedestrians having to hear the sound. I take it to another shop and they confirm it's the bearing Steve replaced.I call Steve on Monday and explain the situation. He deflects saying he has 30 years of experience and my buddy I took it to isn't a mechanic. When I clarify he is, Steve says OK well then have have him fix it" and abruptly hangs up. This is after I paid him over $700 (to also have my brakes changed).TLDR Save yourself the trouble and take your car elsewhere."

Wouldn't trust this shop to check air in my tires.vehicle leaves the shop with more issues then when it when in and with damage. . Steve is lazy and lier..

Steve looks after his customers. He makes sure the work is done right without costing an arm and a leg. He's honest and that's getting harder to find in this world. For that, I'd give 6 stars if I could.

H&M has serviced my cars for years. Repairs are always done quickly, thoroughly and to save me the most money. I will continue to go there and recommend them to family and friends.

Never had a problem. I used H&M over the years. I support small business. Wont cross the road to that big shop that upsales there products.

I've taken both my car and van to this shop steve the owner is very upfront and good to deal with he has been my mechanic now for 5 years and I will keep taking my vehicles to him.
