Excellent experience, ladies behind the counter really know their stuff. Brought in an old hub from an older trailer and they knew what it was just by looking at it. They had a replacement hub got me back up and going. Great small business will do business with again.

My husband and we're there today for a water system fitting. Went to General RV, waste of time and a few other plumbing stores. The lady at the counter was more than willing to try to help even though they didn't have the exact part. A man came up and between the two of them they figured out an alternative to what we had. We rented a crimping tool from them which was great and came home and my husband fixed it better than new!! Would highly recommend!! It was so nice to be heard rather than brushed aside saying don't have it" like other places. Thank you again Palco!! Dan & Debbie Gibbons"

Love this spot! They are so cool, they'll give you a competitions number if they don't have the part you need. They are that dedicated to amazing customer service! And they give advice and helpful hints and do service work in back! I've never needed service done yet, but if I do I'll come here 1st!

I called Palco due to the tornadoes last night, My vintage 1969 trailblazer has some water coming in, SO after many recommendations, I called Palco, Charlene ( I believe was her name) was extremely rude, telling me you wont be able to afford the repairs". they never looked at my camper
