It's a fantastic place to work. I feel we have an excellent team that's supportive and encouraging. I think its a place where the best ideas win out and there isn't a feeling of having to do things in the same way as what's been done traditionally. Its a place that values honesty, integrity and transparency and provides a phycological safety net to innovate and try new things. I would recommend.
