Rob was very very thorough he went through everything. He made me feel good about my purchase. And he even went as far as to note all the little mishaps that he noticed within the house. Some of the things were not needing to be fixed right away, however he provides a very detailed PDF report to print to stick on the fridge for the husband to do. He was extremely professional, extremely polite, and I would highly recommend him to anybody looking to get a home inspection.
