Heartless Ink

I got two tattoos by Olia about a week ago. It was the most amazing experience. She made me feel super comfortable the entire time. She wanted to make sure I loved the placement of the tattoos and made the whole experience enjoyable. I am definitely going back to Olia to get more tattoos as she is amazing at what she does. Thank you again Olia!

Daryna was simply amazing!! She was very kind and willing to bounce off ideas for my tattoo. She was super quick and efficient. Absolutely loved her! Definitely connect with her if you are looking for detailed, delicate tattoo.

The atmosphere is very professional and kind. The artists do their best to place the best version of the chosen design and are extremely attentive to customers. The artwork is mind blowing from all the artists, it really shows how much time and effort they put into adding art to your body. They did my first tattoo and I hope they will do my last as well.

Had an excellent experience at Heartless Ink. The studio is spacious, clean, and has a great vibe throughout. Staff were super welcoming, professional and accommodating. Some of the best artists in the city. Had a few tattoos done by Arturo, and he went above and beyond to make my experience easy and comfortable. He really took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied with everything. Looking forward to working again with the team in the near future

Fantastic experience, especially for my first tattoo. My artist, Arturo, was very nice, and he made sure that I was okay through the process. I am so happy with how my tattoo came out, it was exactly what I wanted and it couldn't have come out more perfect. This studio is great, very clean, and friendly. It has a very chill and calm vibe, which I enjoy; it makes the experience even better and helps ease any nerves you may have. Staff is very knowledgeable and efficient. Definitely would go back, and I would recommend to anyone in the area.

Numerous things to mention regarding Heartless Ink, so lets begin.-Ive been working alongside Aram and I've had at least 5 session before posting this review (8Hrs sessions + more booked)(I will be comparing Heartless Ink to other parlers I've been to)First thing to note is their front desk service is fantastic. If it wasnt I wouldn't have even wasted my time making this review. JP is The Man!Second is the style and decor of Heartless Ink is exceptional. Beautiful parler throughout with a lovely BMW sport motorcycle as a decor peice. (I ride a Hayabusa so thumbs up from me)Thirdly is that their work stations are impressive. They have comfortable adjustable seats with leg rests, and head rests for when lying down. Comfy! comfy!Fourth point. Heartless Ink has entertainment. This parler has tv's around the entirety of the floor so you will be provided entertainment if you ever get bored or tired of whatever pastimes you bring with you.I say this because too many parlers have terrible seats with bare minimum or no entertainment, so well done Heartless Ink.Additional tips are if you have an idea or design for a tattoo make sure you can describe it to them as that will speed up your process greatly.If you can't describe it then avoid asking for a quote because they need to know details on your tattoo (Colour/Design/Size/detail ect) to provide anything back as an answer.Without these details no tattoo parler can quote you for a tattoo.Consultations are at no cost so set one up and go from there.Lastly, anyone who reads this, request to work with Aram!I've established a great friendship with him and he is nothing short of a Master artist and is capable of the highest forms of artistry such as realism tattoos. Absolutely amazing experience with Ruslan! He put his own spin on the design I wanted and it turned out better than I hoped. The shop itself is very clean and has a great atmosphere, and you always feel welcome with JP up front. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place!

My artist, Yurii, is a complete legend. He had all the right questions and recommendations to make my tattoo incredible. It came out even better than the original design. JP has all the logistics locked down. For someone using a wheelchair, I didn't have to worry about anything. The shop is accessible, spacious, super clean and has all the right vibes. Couldn't have asked for anything more from the folks at Heartless Ink.
