My brother and I needed a perc test completed on a tight deadline and Rodric made it happen! Not only was the service great but Rodric took his time to explain the results of the report. Communication was 100% clear and would highly recommend!

We feel so thankful that we called Roderic and his company It Happens. Roderic is professional, knowledgeable and efficient. From our first phone call we knew we finally had found the company that could find the problem and complete the job in a timely manner. Roderic was in communication with us and we were able to relax knowing the septic job was in good hands.

First, he couldn't find the septic tank with his fancy locating equipment, even though we had clearly marked the location of the lid. We had to go out in 30 degree heat and dig out the lid. He then returned and proceeded to ruin our lawn, dug up 2 old, unused irrigation lines and then left the property without back filling the mess he made. I'd never recommend him, ever.

We hired It Happens Wastewater Inc. for an inspection on a property we wanted to buy. The inspection cost was a well invested choice. The property didn't have a proper functioning septic system. The whole septic field was ruined. It could have been a very costly thing to discover after purchasing the property.Several people told us It Happens was 'very expensive' and they over asked for what they deliver. After purchasing the property we hired another local company for a quote on a whole new septic system, including a field and their quote was the same. Turns out It Happens is not expensive in comparison to other companies.We hired It Happens and they delivered what they promised and more!We got a whole new septic system and they also left the place better than they found it:- They made the septic field nice and flat- They took away all the very large rocks they found in the ground. We could do anything with those and now we are rid of them! We got a perfect place for a nice lawn- They worked very hard, even on Sundays! Which we appreciated very much. They made sure the amount of time that we could not use the septic was as short as possible.- They got the job done at short notice, which was awesome. Moving in a property with your family (including a child) without a working septic is not something I wish anyone to experience.We're very, very pleased with the result!
