Ordered 20 hot wings and a large potato salad through the drive through. The service was friendly and we waited our usual 7 minute wait (cook time for wings). Back home to eat and one bite of the potato salad, I was like these potatoes are half raw...what the? The salad also lacked flavour (which is weird becauseit usually has alot of flavor.)The hot wings were over fried ☹ so the meat was tougher, but I was so hungry I didn't want to drive back to wait for another batch that I ate 4. The other 2 people in the house ate the rest.I am very disappointed with the wings and salad. I don't know if I will go back there any time soon. Sad because that was our usual place to grab KFC once every 2 weeks or so...lately the food has not been good.P.s. the gravy recipe is thick flour pepper soup. I used to like it back in the day...why did they have to change it?!

Went through drive thru, employee continually talking over me was hard to order . They told me the chicken sandwhich would take 8-10 minutes to cook. It took about 5 minutes to even get through the drive thru with no one ahead of us due to drive thru worker … we got our food 25 minutes later after realizing how long it had been we had to go in to get it. Specifically asked for sauce and ketchup and was rushed off by drive thru worker . Neither were in the bag. Once I started eating my chicken sandwhich realized it was burnt and very hard. My husband got the same one and his was totally different . I had had about three bites of sandwhich and ate the chicken drum stick . I called to complain as we had spent 60$ and felt it was due to employee negligence this happened . Was told no refund they would give my new sandwhich. I honestly did not want to eat at this location. So I stated I wanted a refund , was told because I ate my meal they can’t give me refund. I tried many time to explain to the employee on the phone I had a few bites but it was inedible and I would gladly give it back . Once again she spoke over me not understanding at all what was being said and continually spoke over me . She said she would finally get a manager . Came back and no manager was same worker continuing to argue with me . I asked to speak to a manager, manager came and argued with me saying they get “ prank callers “ and people get free meals. So you are going to assume every complaint it a prank and not take it seriously ? Piss poor management , has their underplayed employees handling issues that is not a part of their job . Managers should be handling complaints. Drive thru workers need training . Now I see all the complaints are about burnt food. Avoid this location. If anything they are the ones scamming and wasting peoples time . I did in fact recieve a refund, but I needed to make a review because I’m in shock of the way this location is being run.

They were open for 45 more minutes and the guy at the drive thru refused to serve me any food, because he wanted to go home. Had to drive to another location where they served me with 30mins to spare. 22nd location very unprofessional.

We Oder KFC AT at 9:57 PM to be delivered we just got it at 10:47 PMFries are coldGravy is coldWe Oder 10 pieces of chicken and only got 9 . It’s a 7 minute drive from from the KFC on 22 st street to our hose . We called the location and he told my wife that everything was cooked fresh and it was impossible that it was cold he argued with her about it finally he said he would give us a credit for fries and two pieces of chicken

Where do I start.Ask for hot/fresh food.Get cold anyway.Gravy is hot or miss.Either disgusting or decent.Always different taste.Waits are horrible.Staff can be down right rude.KFC just is not what it once was.

Good fast food spot but I don’t like their fries

This the third time , I’ve been to this location and hav me no white meat . Today they take my order , I get to window and THEN they tell me they have no white meat. It is 4:15 and they have no white meat!?and it’s 20 mins wait for it. It’s dinner time, rush hr , people want to pick up on their way home. It is frustrating I will not go to the location ever again.
