The best fruit smoothies in Highway 7/404 area. Try their Mango smoothie with chunks. The taste of fresh ripe mango stands out! The Avocado smoothie is also very creamy and so fresh. I drive 30 mins and it is always worth the trip. Prices are also significantly lower thank most smoothie/BBT places. Top value for your dollar.

Went there twice…both times charged me more than their listed price. Pricing is pretty important, these experience gave me a feeling of dishonesty. They charge what they want

Beverage and snack shop at the corner of the food court (in between tasty house and a burger place). They were moderately busy in the afternoon and offered slightly cheaper HK milk tea than its neighbours’ so I figured I’d give it a shot. Not worth the small discount, the drink was hot but it was quite watered down.

My go to place for our weekly bubble tea in Markham. The owner Jessica is always very nice and pleasant. The teas and smoothies are so yummy. Definitely a nice treat!!

The bubble teas are not bad for the price, despite stiff competition. Food items are hit or miss. Better options are only a few steps away. Look carefully at the prices on the menu. The low prices may be for half orders only.

With their increased prices you might as well pay a little bit more and go to CoCo. The tapioca bubbles at CoCo are way better. The price difference for a large fruit tea with tapiocas and jellies isn't really that much anymore.

2022 December 3.5★Iced Tricolor Coconut Milk - medium $6.99Quite good, lots of red bean, split green bean and jelly. Portions good, though would've been better had there been actually just a little less red bean and more Coconut Milk. Otherwise, the flavors were great for the price.Bubble tea, standard Milk tea flavor - large $4.49 with tapioca pearls ($3.49 special for regular)Authentic HK style Milk tea. Tea was rich which was better than some other larger brand tea shops. The pearls could be a bit softer, maybe grass jelly would be better.Would recommend both options.Located in the food court.

The owners know my orders by heart and always make the best drinks at such a low cost! My favourites include: taro milk tea with tapioca and ice lemon tea. They also have a rewards card where you can get a free drink every time you buy 7 drinks.
