Came in expecting a long wait as I was not able to go until the afternoon to apply for my daughter’s first passport. Pleasantly surprised by how quickly they were able to help me. I was in there a total of 25 minutes from start to finish without an appointment. They were friendly, quick, and helpful. The passport arrived today 3 weeks early which was also a bonus! I’m sure that there are times where they are very busy like all other Service Canadas, but compared to downtown, this was much more painless.

I've been using this location for over 8 yrs...this is hands down the best Service Canada location in Edmonton! These people are smart, knowledgeable on navigating govt procedure & online services. I've been there on a Friday at 3 o'clock (they close at 4 o'clock) and there's 12 people lined up who haven't yet been sorted...PLUS over 25 people sitting in the waiting area who've been sorted and just waiting for an agent to call them, and I was at the tail end of all this. 25 minutes later, I'm taken care of and leaving AND there are a scant five people left in the whole centre!! If you have 1/2 a brain to explain your issues, these people will put it together for you! Every employee from security, greeter/sorter, and agents are super friendly, helpful and good looking! Love this place!

This place is amazing. I have gone three times for different reasons and the service is superb.The staff from outside the door to the agents inside are excellent.Often I hear people complaining about Government employees I have nothing and I mean nothing bad to say. On the contrary I’m very impressed with the quality service they provide.I hope this is pass on to the staff.Thank you Service Canada staff for doing such a great job.

Very helpful. Make an appointment if possible. Easy to do and call back personnel are very personable. Bring your birth certificate as it is your Primary ID unlike licences which are secondary forms of ID. Always be prepared for a bit of a wait and cell phone use during appointments are discouraged for privacy reasons.

Great experience processing 3 passport applications. I showed up right when they opened at 8:30am. It wasnt much of a wait and the agent, Harprit, was so friendly, quick, and efficient.

I had a great experience going to the passport office. To the friendly security guards, and the friendly lady that helped me with my passport. It was all a quick process. The tip I received was to line up once the mall opened up. I did just that, and once the office opened I was in and out in only 30 mins. Thank you!!

On June 9, from 09:40 Am to 10:07 Am, 7 out of 12 desks were empty, they have been literally gone.Other two employees, were busy on their phones texting. What a terrible service, this place definitely needs an audit.I saw employees packing the form and applications in one of those plastic bags, and then going back texting on their personal phones while at least 20-30 people are waiting in walk-in line. No wonders why there’s always huge line-ups at this place.

I visited Service Canada Centre Millbourne Mall on April 12th, 2023. Office opens at 8:30 AM. Overall I was very satisfied with the service. If you want to be quick in and out, reach office at 7:30 AM. You will be done at 8:40 AM.

Beware of the rep Raqia. She is a liar and will willfully go out of her way to make your day more difficult. I took my kids in to get passports and I didn’t realize I needed a long form passport for my youngest. I asked her to review the others and make sure there’s no issues and she told me they were fine. When I went in today, she told me two were good to go, but one of the ones she told me last week were fine was now missing correct ID and to come back in two weeks. When I told her that she personally told me it was fine, we were just missing the long form birth certificate, she then said “have a nice day,” and sent me away. I have time sensitive travel and this setback could have been avoided had she not given me misinformation.

Well, I had quite the day at Service Canada today, but WOW, the staff there turned a very bad day into a very good experience. I arrived at 750am. Upon entering at 835, i realized my water bottle had leaked in my tote bag and the edges of the Passport application pages and one set of photos were wet. The registration staff advised me to go get new photos and to dry the application pages and they could use my guarantor's signature from the original photos. They gave me a fast pass" to come back.I arrived back at 1120am. I was immediately registered and was with an agent within 5 mins. Unfortunately
