When dealing with online companies take care for ones like this. I called and spoke to the head person which is Henry or Harry I was told I would be contacted back because of the issues I was having on their site. That was over 2 months ago and in between the time I have sent them emails and tried to call them again. Definitely try to pick up your tickets if they have them in person from the promoter and stay away from this ticket company. Like I said horrible customer service not to mention the hidden fees
