My attic required remediation before I could sell and they were able to provide an inspection and estimate in a short time frame. The work was completed quickly and efficiently, the cost was fair and when I needed some additional roofing work they even helping me get directly in contact with an excellent roofer. Highly recommended!

Hunter and his crew were very professional and accommodating. Hunter came for the initial inspection and we booked a timing to complete the work. At the last minute I had to reschedule. They accommodated this without issue.The crew arrived and carried out the cleanup quickly and with no disruption to the house. They returned about a week later to complete required repairs and respray.I'm an extremely happy with the crew and work completed by Restoration Mate and would highly recommend them. We hired Restoration Mate Halifax for water damage clean up and mold inspection. We had a great experience working with this company. Their workers are punctual, friendly and do fantastic work. Special thanks to Hunter and Justin for their prompt response times and patience throughout this process. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs restoration services in the area.

Not sure about the actual work. Scheduled to come for a look, they cancelled half hour before. Did not hear from them again. Called a week later and got a new appointment. They showed up for about a 10 minute walk through. Gave me a price and said I'd get an official quote later that day by email. Never heard from them again

My family had this team in a few weeks ago. We had someone come in the same day, and I believe we had the estimate in that night. Work was started and completed just a few days later. I asked for some extra sheets of plastic to be put up to protect parts of the home and they were really gracious about my concerns. The work was clean, extremely thorough and done in one day. Everyone worked extremely hard. Everyone I was in contact with was helpful, and answered all my questions without feeling rushed. My experience with this company was excellent and I recommend them highly. I even had a report at the end that documented the mold moving forward so we could decide on next steps.

The company that I work for. Universal realty group. At the Charles apartments. Recently used restoration mate for 2 water damaged apartments. They were quick to our call. Very well priced and the job was completed very well. You can’t even tell there was a leak in the apartments. They made arrangements with the other company’s that were need to complete the job. Hunter was great to work with.

I discovered a water leak and significant mold on Dec 30; they had the leak fixed the next day (I had a temp fix on it right away) and within two weeks had everything else cleaned up. If not for the New Year holiday weekend I expect it would have been quicker, but that's ok; plus I spent a couple of days conferring with my insurance company. Speedy service and quick communications. Thanks much!

Attempted to get one of the guys out for a quote, was blown off two nights in a row.First night tech says he would be by between 6-7 pm, it was almost 8pm and he hadn't shown up nor had he contacted me in any way.I reached out and he re-scheduled for the following day.The next day I get a text at 8:30pm saying he got caught up at another job and won't make it but to come by tomorrow. I told him not to bother.I'm sure the work is great based on other people's reviews but I did not feel like my time was respected, so I am choosing to give my business to another company.

Hunter from Restoration Mate literally saved me at a very bad time of need in my life! I needed a job done for my mom who was in hospital and it needed to be done ASAP. He and his team were quick to respond, fast and efficient with the job I needed done and always informed me of the steps to be done and what they were doing next. I was amazed these guys were the only company out of 5 that I called who responded the very same day on a weekend and started the job right away! I highly recommend this company!

Our initial satisfaction with the painting portion of the job and the response given from staff to that dissatisfaction could have been better, but Jamie reached out unexpectedly after seeing our negative review and truly went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. The end result is great and was finished up quickly, and on a long weekend no less. Thank you for making things right without prompting!
