I was recommended to use Pak Mail Coquitlam by Waddington's auction house to pick up a carving from Waddington's Vancouver site, and then package, insure and deliver the carving to Toronto. It was a seamless process with Pak Mail at all times. The carving was meticulously packaged and promptly delivered. An excellent first-time use of Pak Mail. Highly recommended!

These ladies are just amazing, period!They are helpful and polite and super fast. People often forget that they are most important link- making sure the carrier get your package- after that is not their fault if things happens, although I had some issues with the one carrier and they were super helpful, taking over and solving the problem.I recommend them !

Rude, inflexible staff, happy to blame FedEx, which had already inconvenienced me by sending a package to a different town, because they wouldn't use the buzzer in my building. Hope never to have to deal with this location again.

I have used Pak Mail Coquitlam on a couple of occasions to pick up and ship some Inuit art carvings. They have been extremely well packed within double boxes and utilized rigid insulation for extra protection. I continue to have full confidence in Midori and her team to pack and ship any further art.Excellent service at a fair price.
