Asked to do a transfer by phone because it was not possible to go open a file in person and she said that it would be too complicated and that she was the only one on phone duty and would not have time to take name, address and ramq number. I explained my situation and she said there is nothing she can do. What if I was handicap and had nobody to help me? Would you let the person with no medication? Even if you do not understand my name with just the ramq and the other pharmacy information they will send you a detailed profile with all the patients information. This was not the first time I received attitude at this place.
