Many of my colleagues used to tell me to go to Pacific Mall to get a great deal on glasses but I never did...until a few years ago. I didn't know where exactly to go but I knew I wanted to replace my Silhouette branded glasses.I walked around to each of the various optical shops and no one sold Silhouettes, except Noble. I walked in and received a fair price for the frame and lens and thought I'd give them a chance.That was over 10 years ago and we've bought numerous pairs of glasses from them since. They have numerous frames at various price points. My wife has also gotten contacts from them. They will ensure you can find something that fits your style and budget.I can only say great things about Zoey, May and Eric. Super friendly staff. I've made many adjustments to my various frames at no charge. Give them a chance

I ordered my glasses in early January. I had a new prescription and it had a stigma in one eye but I told them not to put it because it creates headache from the previous experience but they put it anyway. I paid another $50 to do one lens again without a stigma vision. I thought it was their mistake but no evidence so I said sure. And they told me that they don't have a lens at that time so I have to wait for a month. I agreed as well and wait because China had to deal more with the corona virus and no business.I went back in March. The business was closed due to corona virus. I called them and went back in May but there are no answers on their phone and their business was still not opened. I called them occiasionaly since then but I cannot reach them. It is now August and their voicemail is now unhooked.I understand that they cannot deal with their business for the pandemic. BUT I can clearly see that they are not care about their customers. My glasses was over $400 but they don't care. No phone call back or offering to ship to my address or nothing. I don't see any effort from them for us to reach them, nor any support to the customers.It was an expensive shopping for me. No support should be less than a half price.

They never answer the phone, almost you are disconnected and you do not know when your order is ready as they do not set a date when they get your order.

Not going to recommend anyone to this store, very BAD experience with this store, they made a mistake by overcharging my insurance for $350, after they found a mistake, they promised to mail a chq to my insurance company, but they never, until I recently called to my insurance company and found out that they never paid back.
