I actually got locked in this building and they talked me out over the phone. They were extremely helpful, and non judgmental... Excellent security service. However, the disability office NEEDS to check their bathrooms before locking their doors every night!! It is DEFINITELY NOT AN experience I'd like to repeat!! LOL

the rooms are so nice. good hangers, charging outlets, nice bathrooms. dressing rooms are connected, with a bathroom in between the two. the stage is great too.

I was getting into a van taxi to go home and a violent homeless man slammed the door on my leg. I'm lucky he didn't break it. I couldn't walk for 3 weeks after and it's still healing. More security and police presence is needed as he came out of your building. And he took off because I yelled at him.

Nice building, nice people, minus 1 star for attending health card renewal office with drivers license, health card, birth certificate at kiosk number 16 in which a woman with an accent and blonde hair was rude, suggested I wasn't born here when I am white, speak fluent English without any accent. She dismissed me and said my I.d was not good enough after it all expired during covid with extended renewal dates.She was wrong, I attended kiosk 12 in which I was warmly greeted by an English speaking white female whom gave me no problems at all and was completely understanding.The blonde haired woman at kiosk 16 with the accent should be retrained or fired!

Great place fun time visiting at retrocon hoping maybe they bring back Con Bravo because that place was a blast the Raves the karaoke the dance parties and the Nerf gun war getting a chance to meet all those YouTubers quite fun loved it

Used the service Canada floor. It is kept clean and orderly. No long waits as booked online for appt. Renewed my health card and done all in 10 minutes. Staff safe and motions in place to keep all safe.

When one doesn't know this place, it's difficult to find the entrance. Even when at the entrance, it's not clear that this is it due to confusing signage. We hat to ask a security person where the actual entrance was. It turns out that we were right in front of it.

I came here to see the Beyond Van Gough exhibition, which was fabulous. This venue was perfect for that.

We had an awesome experience in this place as our daughter had graduated green 12 with her classmates. Congratulations to her and them but they couldn't have made it more lovely for these kids so I really did enjoy it

I visited the Convention Center on Summers Lane.Attended Living Rocks Youth Ministries Soupfest.The bar tending staff of The Convention Center were friendly and helpful. Thank you ladies for the chat about hair colour, especially the colour blue!
