Leon's Furniture

I visited Leon’s on June 21 having already done my research and knowing exactly what I wanted. I ordered 2 mattresses and one had to be brought in from another store. The salesman (HD) promised he would call when the second item arrived (on June 27) and we would discuss and arrange for delivery. Satisfied with this agreement, I then went on vacation. While away, I received an email indicating my items were to be delivered the following day while I was away. I had never been called by the salesman nor had any communication with the store to see if this date was acceptable. It just got booked for delivery by the store! This caused me to have to make a long distance call and deal with this situation while on vacation. The salesman had one small job to do and failed at it. I’m completely underwhelmed by his level of service. Dispatch did sort it out, but this was a completely avoidable situation that reflects poorly on Leon’s.

from the Brantford store where Stephanie Tyler helped me , she said the chair i ordered might take a bit, but it came with the couch, the two men that delivered my furniture were pleasant and fast and took all the boxes ect with them, Leon's is the store I trust :)

I have purchased here in the past and had no complaints before so I decided to look again for a crib. Before purchasing the crib I asked about ETAs as I totally understand waits/etas as I am in sales myself with production issues. Was told my crib was not arriving by May- which is fine. I received a phone call by the sales person Kevin to schedule a delivery date as everything arrived, my husband was off on April 8th so we scheduled it for then. (was shocked/happy how quickly everything arrived a month earlier and did not question it)I realized I did not receive a confirmation call prior as stated. Called to confirm delivery and the lady said it was not set up because they are still waiting on one more item to arrive and it should be here by the 18th.I understand that things happen but I am disappointed that there was no communication in regards to the change/arrival of items.

Terrible customer service on the delivery side. I had an 8:00-10:15 delivery window. I called at 11:00 when they had not shown up yet. Was told that my delivery window had been changed to 4:00-8:00 due to an emergency. They didn’t notify me, I received no apology until the third person I spoke to and was told there would be no compensation for the inconvenience. My family’s day is ruined. I will now miss my daughter competing at Provincial Swimming Championships today and I can’t reschedule because I already disposed of my old furniture because I clearly over estimated Leon’s competence and commitment to customer service. DO BETTER!Update - it is now 8:00 and no delivery after being guaranteed they would have it here by 8:00. No phone call, text or email. They have not reached out to me at all today. All contact was initiated by me or my wife. This is beyond brutal. Thanks for destroying my Sunday and not even caring enough to follow up. Shameful customer service.

Not much prompted the email. I registered to attend your sales event and Lisa Renaldo was most helpful. I was looking for a double storage bed to save space and she showed me what you had but there isn't much assembled for me to see in the double size I am looking for. I have Lisa's biz card but there is no electronic method given for me to contact her directly. I don't know if this is a text or an email but I hope she sees it regardless. Thanks to Lisa for your assistance and attention to my needs.

Compared to so many other appliance stores, Leon’s actually has inventory of most items. Their delivery system is perfect. You can track the shipment accurately right to your door. The delivery people are professional in their work. We’ve bought several appliances over a few months recently and they have been 100% dependable.

Everything with Leon’s was great!!! The delivery guys were amazing, we were able to track our delivery from early morning. We are super happy with our couch and will definitely choose Leon’s for further purchases. Very reliable!!!

I ordered the 4-piece Jupiter set back in February but it was back ordered so I had to wait until April. My sales person Keval was so awesome, worked with me to determine the right couch for my space, was patient with me through about 3 revisions to my order until it was delivered. I’ve had it for less than a day - looks good and it’s as comfy as it looks. Great purchase and thanks Keval!

I had good experience from over the phone assistance to in person pick-up. Keval Shah was extremely helpful. He took the time to send me pictures of the item I was looking into. This really helped me see the color of the item and decide which one I wanted to order. He was prompt with his telephone and email communication.
