Robin's Donuts
Haven't a Robin's for a few years as we do not have them that I know of in B.C.Coffee and muffins good. Staff and customer's friendly.

First time ever having Robin's coffee and doughnuts and it was fantastic. Best coffee I've tasted on the island!! Hortons has so lost its touch over the years... but Robin's has got it all. Taste and quality.

It was awful. I was so disappointed in my service. There was a girl behind the counter just standing there and I kindly asked her to please service my order and she turned and yelled and belittled me. Told me that I don’t get to rush her and I would have to wait for her to take my order until she is ready. It was very rude. I did have someone else stop what they were doing and take my order and apologize to me multiple times for the behavior. I have been here multiple times but I will not be returning!

My first time at Robin's ever.Their staff here is very nice and friendly. Clean and spacious environment. Clean bathroom.Good breakfast. Dounts still overly stweet to me but good raised dough for sure.

They should take a field trip to the GTA in Ontario to learn how to run an efficient operation.Its hard to understand why it takes forever just to place an order.I've given up on their drive through window.I figured it would be easier to go inside.Wrong.By the time I waited at least 5 minutes (it seemed like eternity) I was in no mood for any dillying and doddeling, and said I waited long enough.So I was getting a doz of various items.After she got the first items, she completely froze with the deer in the headlights look.It gets better (worse?) but i think you get the gist of it.The mgr needs to smile and be more friendly.

I've tried these shops in various locations and they're consistent. For the food/service that's a good thing.. it's as good as anywhere.. but their coffee is thin and bitter.. and always will be according to their constant formula.
