Worst place to buy and returned. They are making hard for customers to returned. I went to return one jacket and I saw them all the proof of the transaction on same credit card but she said it’s not and not returning my money in my credit card and forcefully give me gift card which I have to use in Cleo, it self next time. So basically money gone.If I have less than 1 star for review I would have given.

Lady working today (Nov 17, 2022 @ 3:30) at the store was very rude. One of the racks has a $21.99 sign. When i looked at the clothes nothing was $21.99. She said it was whatever the last ticket price is. I told her it was deceiving and she was annoyed. Also was talking to another customer when i was leaving about me was extremely rude. That's why i prefer to shop l CLEO online and not go into the Georgetown store.
