Food and service was great! They only had one dessert though. Lemon merrange (I think that's how you spell it), and the topping had coconut in it, which my wife cannot eat (allergic).

Tried the new loaded potato soup and it was delicious. Hope you guys would have this for a long period of time. It would be great if it’s the same till the time you have it and not change the recipe. I Would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

Placed order on app, and said it was ready in 20 mins. Drove 20kms to pick up, only to find out 3 mins to pickup time that they have run out of chicken.Swiss Chalet Chicken. Has run out of chicken.And the charge hadn't even gone through yet, but it'll take up to 2 days to refund?The family was happy going to Boston Pizza instead.I'm not from this area, and I wouldn't return based on the lack of communication provided to guests.

We were trying to order half chicken meals, they told us no, they only do quarter chicken meals. We were charged 17.49 ×2 for quarter chicken meals and online that is the price for the half chicken meal. Rude service don't recommend. You will get scammed and over charged.

If you want the Absolutely BEST service from any restaurant in the area….ask for Samantha. Super attentive, quick service, beautiful smile and professional personality! I was truly honoured to be served by this young lady. Made the simple meal….spectacular. Kudos Samantha!

The food is pretty much what you should expect from Swiss Chalet. Decent, but not great.The service is great, and the atmosphere for a family with young kids is perfect. Kids meals are reasonably priced, include a drink and a dessert, and it was more than enough food.I like that they have Second Wedge beer on tap.

Ordered online. 30 minutes late. Ordered 6 leg family meal, clearly printed on the receipt as 6 leg… marked off as completed… no 6 leg meal in the bag… breast meat which meant guests didn’t eat. Very disappointed. I wish franchise owners were still involved in the business

Our server was the sweetest. Very attentive. A smile that could like up the room. The food never disappoints.
