Fumaca Brazilian Steakhouse
Phenomenal serving staff and good food. Some things were too salty, particularly the beef sirloin, sausage, and mashed potatoes. The rest of the meat and most of the salad bar options were great, though. My top favorites were the grilled pineapple, beef rumpsteak, parmesan pork, and cheese buns. We definitely left satisfied, though for $55 each there are other places that offer a greater variety of flavors.

Salad bar is real decent with quite a few options but the meat is really what you're there for and it's fantastic. Also a bit lighter on the wallet than it's well known competitor, Pampas. Both are great but I will have to say this place comes out on top.

Fumaca’s was absolutely scrumptious! The servers and the gauchos were so nice and courteous! Eating great food with a phenomenal view made it a phenomenal experience! My personal favourite slices of meat were the rump steak, beef sirloin and the garlic marinated shrimp! Each were cooked to perfection. The rump steak was savoury, juicy and practically melted in my mouth! All in all, great spot for a Brazilian Steak House!

Its a nice experience, but not worth the price for the quality.Theres an open buffet of mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, rice, and salad bar.Then they'll come with an 11 course round of eats.Brazillion Cheese Buns:Simple appetizer buns with cheese inside, nothing specialGarlic Marinated Shrimp:Shrimp was juicy, but too salty.Beef Garlic Steak:The cut I got was juicy and falvorful, but the cuts other people got were dry for some reason.Parmesan Crusted Pork:Pork was dry and the mix with parmesan is not a good combination.Garlic Pork Sasuage:Just basic sasuage.Bacon Wrapped Chicken Thigh:Pretty yummy, bacon wrap is always goodMarinated Chicken Drumsticks:Their best chicken dish, very flavorful.Beef Top Sirloin:Nicely seasoned, but on the harder side to chew.Signature Beef Rumpsteak:Easier to chew, but a little less seasoned then the sirloin.Glazed Leg of Lamb:Very tender. Very delicious. But it came too late, everyone was already full.Grilled Cinnamon Pineapple:Very juicy and sweet. Personally not a fan of pineapple but everyone else loved it.Overall, too much salt.Found myself gulping down liquids to compensate.Its a unique experience to have the dishes brought to you on a huge skewer and having the servers cut it off for you.If all the dishes were delicious it would be worth, but only 2-3/11?It was good, but I wouldnt go again.

Simply amazing! Every bite was fresh, flavourful and delightful. The service was right on time, while food was brought to us as soon as we were ready for it. Our server was always smiling and friendly. We will definitely return for another awesome experience.

Fumaca Brazilian Steakhouse offers a unique dining experience with a modest selection of food items in an open, well-lit setting. The truffle mac and cheese stands out as a delightful dish, while the shrimp, though commendable, could benefit from more frequent rounds.The meat skewers, served in limited amounts, were unfortunately overly salted to the point of discomfort. This was a significant drawback in an otherwise decent culinary experience.The service, however, was a highlight. Our server, Billy, was attentive and personable, ensuring our drinks were always full and providing service when needed without being intrusive.The restaurant was not crowded during our visit, maintaining a steady flow of patrons. The pricing leans towards the higher side, which given the quality of some dishes, might not resonate well with some patrons.In conclusion, Fumaca offers a unique dining experience that has room for improvement in terms of food seasoning and variety.

The food was incredible. There was a variety of meats presented, all very different, and each delectable. The salad bar and warm sides were also very tasty, but definitely hold out and try as many meats as possible. Not a very large venue, but decent amount of parking. Incredible views of downtown from dining room as well. Grilled pineapple is to die for. If you love lime, the Caipirinha cocktail is for you! Will be back for sure.

I dined here last night and I was disappointed.The salad bar was basic, nothing looked really fresh even though we were there early, at 5:30 pm. But it was good enough with plenty of dressing options. Lettuce and spinach and assorted chopped veggies. You could make a Cesar or Greek salad easily.The hot selections were a bit bland and uninspired. No flavour to the mashed potatoes, the beans looked like they were in some sort of grey gravy that did not look appealing. I had the truffle macaroni and cheese. It wasn’t bad. It wasn’t over cooked, but didn’t have much sauce, making it a bit on the dry side.The meat was good, and while we were told there were 9 different options we only witnessed chicken drumsticks, bacon wrapped chicken chunks, breaded pork loin, garlic steak, and round steak. Even though we saw others served before us and after us.I really liked the chicken drumsticks and the pork loin. The garlic steak was too well done. The round steak was ho hum, I can do better on my home BBQWe didn’t have any dessert.The service was excellent. The atmosphere wasn’t great. The place could have used a good vacuuming. A family with a small child was blaring a children’s show and was louder than the background music.And what was really sad is that there is a lovely patio over looking the river valley but it was closed, not being used and was unkempt. It is a wasted space.

Fantastic place. First time eating at a all you can rest Brazilian steakhouse. Service was great and food was great. They have a small salad bar with cooked starches. The servers come out with skewers of meat and they either plop it on your plate or slice it off and you grab on to it with your tongs. I tried to out eat them as they added more food but they were too quick. As far as i could remember there were about 7 different cuts of meat but I'm not a meat person. They had a delicious pineapple covered in a sugary cinnamon coating which was honestly the best part of the meal. I loved the chicken they came out with. Place is nicely decorated, small parking lot.

Overall I enjoyed our experience. I found it a bit odd that they took our reservation for 7:30pm and then a half hour later they were rushing us to go get the last of what we want from the salad bar as they are cleaning it up. They should just cut their reservations off at 7:00 if they are going to take the food away by 8:00.Aside from that the food was tasty, and a huge quantity of meat as you would expect. Our server was a bit more chatty than I would like during supper but I’m sure he was just being nice and maybe some people like that.
