The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy

Stopped in for a quick second to buy something for my plugged nose (allergies). The gal behind the counter (super nice) asked if I lived in the area and if it was my first time in the shop. She let me know about the services they provide, and pointed out the owner, Pam, who made sure to greet me before seeing to another customer. The gal behind the counter also passed me a card, letting me know that Pam is a certified respiratory educator. I have tons of sinus problems so I'll be stopping by to chat with her.I live in the area and this was a great introduction to my new pharmacy! :)

Professional to the end. I'm that patient that calls in a refill request last minute and they somehow manage pull through every time. Pharmacy owner checks in with me often on my medication to ensure all is smooth.Staff courteous and knowledgeable. I have been coming here for 2 years now.

I've only been there a couple of times, but Pam and her staff are absolutely great. So far I would give them more than 5 stars, I would give them something like 10 stars. They are on top of things, and they make sure that you are getting the right medication for your health needs. They will even check with your lab work to verify the dosages. They seem to want to follow up. The first time we were in, she spent 2 hours with us to make sure that we were counselled properly. I've never seen a pharmacist do that in the past and I have dealt with a great many. I've talked with a lot of people that go there and they absolutely rave about The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy and from what I understand is that they deliver as well. Talk about a full service pharmacy.

This is the pharmacy that I've used monthly since they opened, about 18 years now. Friendly carring and generally interested in your well being. Immunizations, blood pressure and a host of other services available. Best one on one service you will find in this City.

Medicine Shoppe pharmacies provide far better customer care than other pharmacies. Their sole business is pharmaceuticals. The owner at this store, Pam Lavold, provides excellent service. She is an essentially part of my health care, acting as a team member with my Doctor. Recently Pam recommended a new type of medication to replace a current one. I consulted with my Doctor and he agreed. A pharmacist keeps up to date on medications new to the market and can bring them to your attention. Pam does a full annual review on your medications, blood pressure and other things to make sure your health needs are met. Cannot recommend Pam and her team highly enough.

Even though I had to switch doctors this year, I still use this location for my prescriptions. I just can't rave enough about Pam and Nicole and staff. They're so helpful with my many questions and the delivery really helps since I don't drive. Thank you Pam!

The staff at this pharmacy are amazing. They've been our family pharmacy for many years, but now also look after my elderly father. His lengthy prescription list is packaged and prepared accurately and always delivered on time. Excellent service!

I wish I could give 4.5 stars.Scheduled my COVID vaccine and they were really great about communicating scheduling changes.I was just a bit uncomfortable, as a health care provider myself, when the pharmacist put on her gloves then immediately touched her mask by her mouth. She was also very very close when talking to me. I feel like the pharmacist didn’t need to be right up in my face for her explanation.

The staff are friendly, knowledgable and helpful. My family physician has commented on the good job Steph has done when I have a change of meds. Since I have a complicated medical history I greatly appreciate the work they do!
