Never ever with Fido. I open mobile services here what used in apps like whats up and telegram. After I went Fido again to ask change the number. They did it immediately and after that they said that I need to pay extra 50$ for that. No information before doing a service but after only.In my questions about that they only said (yells) “if you don’t like it - you can cancel our services. It’s Canada, you can agree with this or leave the country because as I see you not from here”

I have been using Fido services for over five years. I have had very few problems And the ones I had were fixed quite promptly.Hearing some of the situations that other people have dealt with with their phone providers I feel I have a good deal. :-)

WARNING!! Fido ported my phone number without my consent and now I have no access to anything that required authentication that my number was previously attached too. Their online is terrible, over the phone is a waste of time and the staff I store are unable to help. #boycottfido
