The Shoe Company

Was hoping to find wedding shoes. Pretty disappointing selection. I found one pair that could work but when I looked closer the shoes looked cheaply made and there were multiple spots where glue could be seen or marks/scuffs were apparent.

I bought a pair of children boots and they were really comfortable and no be good for Winter next year. I Just bought a pair of Skechers they felt comfortable and good to wear for walking. And the people were friendly and helpful.

Great selection of sketchers sneakers at fair prices. Always helpful service. Only place I go for sneakers.

Have shopped there and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Associates are friendly and very willing to help. Funny enough I overheard the encounter Dale Renton mentioned in his review and I'd like to elaborate on a couple things. Mr. Renton left the exact date of the issued coupon out for good reason. It was over a decade old. Also, having Mr. Renton contact customer service to potentially have them approve the use of said coupon was the cashier's idea and he said he would gladly honor it if they permitted such a thing. Mr. Renton told the cashier that he should be calling on his behalf but when he would not, Mr. Renton insulted the store's customer service and refused to purchase his item. Never mind the fact that the associates helped/offered help to both Mr. Renton and his Wife while they shopped as well as hastily cleaning up their try-on area on top of ensuring the correct discount and earned rewards points for Mrs. Renton's purchase. The review section shouldn't be manipulated or polluted with unfair tales and I hope this sheds light on the reality behind the situation.

Terrible customer service, rude cashier.

Great place. Recently ordered boots online at great price and received them within days....

Had a $30 off next purchase from many years ago. Cashier said he will not accept it because it is too old, even though there is no expiry date. Asked if he could call customer service to resolve the issue but he said he could not.

I think that the shoe company has a amazing selection of shoes for all ages! I've been shopping there since i was eight years old with covid though i find the arrows a little all over the place. Customer service is awesome and the employee's are very nice and helpful.

This store is ok. Just wished it would have more selection. I do love the Sketchers I bought from them.
