The Fireplace Stop
Bought our Stuv-30 from Fireplace Stop over a year ago and as we have a new build cottage in the Muskoka area they worked with our timeline and delivered and installed the unit in March this year. Great installation service and when we had an issue with a chimney connection and dented door they came and fixed and replaced it in good time. Would recommend Fireplace Stop to others.

Purchased a Pacific Energy Super LE wood stove to replace my 30 year old Napoleon. This is my third major purchase from The Fireplace Stop in 30 years. My last was a Enviro pellet stove 15 years ago.The service is still as good as it always has been. The installation crew were superb, not a detail was left untouched and very friendly!Andrew’s follow up call after install was very welcomed. He gave me great tips on the operation of the stove and the first two burns.All the staff are very knowledgeable and are willing to please. Still a great place with great products and service.

We are so thankful for the knowledge and experience of the staff at the Fireplace Stop. Andrew Leonard came to our house and the took time to address our needs and issues. His team was amazing during the install, the team knows what they are doing. We couldn't be happier with our new gas fireplaces, furnace and tankless hot water heater. Everything works great and the fireplaces are amazing, the logs and lights looks so real. The Service team has been very responsive answering any questions and following up with us. THANK YOU for peace of mind !!

Our contractor recommended that we deal with The Fireplace Stop. Andrew was friendly, helpful, and very patient. The installation crew was wonderful to deal with and even re-sized the fireplace base for us when we realized it was too high. We subtracted a star (should be a half star) from an otherwise 5 star experience because some communication was slow (it took a number of phone calls to them to book an installation date).We recommend them.

We purchased a Spartherm Arte U-90 from The Fireplace Stop back in 2019 when we were building our cottage. Andrew and the team provided a competitive quote (noting that these units are not cheap to begin with) and were professional and courteous the whole time. Installation needed some on-site thinking and creativity, which proved to be no problem for the crew. The fireplace is the centrepiece and heart of the cottage. I'd very happily recommend The Fireplace Stop to anyone in the market for a new or replacement unit. Cheers.

The Fireplace Stop made our wood stove purchase a stress free experience. From helping us select to right wood burner to fit our home and lifestyle, to professional installation, they ensured we would be happy with our unit for years to come. The Lopi Evergreen is now the proud centrepiece of our home and has been burning 24/7 from the time of install in Dec 2020. It has helped make being stuck at home during this pandemic a little more bearable. Thanks again to the entire team!!

The Fireplace Stop
Fireplace Stop installed a Braze King insert and liner for us a couple years back. This stove/install has over 10 months of 24/7 burn time on it now and not a single problem. Energy savings / burn times with these new high efficiency stoves are better that I expected, numbers are in and the math says I will pay for this stove in about 5 years with the reduction in wood consumption and reduced propane/electricity use; also means I’m sleeping through the night and hauling less wood into the house which is priceless. Flawless install and it was not an easy one to deal with. Fantastic experience with Andrew and his crew. Go with these guys!!
