I recently took the family's old V8 & VHS tapes to Triwest for transferring to Mp4 format. They did an excellent job and the end product exceeded my expectations. Tony went above and beyond and was a pleasure to deal with.

I received a prompt response to my email inquiry. I had 10 VHS tapes digitized - the end product was of exceptional quality and the job was completed ahead of schedule. My only recommendation would be to know how long the footage is for each VHS tape, in order to give you a better idea of cost and avoid any unexpected billing surprises.

I brought in some home VHS family videos and Tony put them on a dual ended USB/USB-C flash drive for me. They came out perfect and he packaged them nicely with a label and pouch. Great service and excellent quality! We had left our old VHS recordings and mini DVs for years and decided we needed to get them transferred and preserved. My daughter researched and came up with Triwest so we took a few in to try it out and after seeing the result we had them all transferred to DVDs as well as flash drives. They came back so well organized, and perfectly done. Very happy with the result and would highly recommend Triwest.

Triwest Audio-Visual Ltd. just completed a project digitizing old super-8 films, VHS cassette and other material for me. The end product is superb, better than I could have anticipated, and the process was professional, helpful and friendly throughout. We are so glad we chose Triwest Audio-Visual for transferring are many videos of our family and children into digital files. We were more concerned about the quality of Tony's work. Although, we felt the price was decent. He was exceptional and went above and beyond what we expected. I am sure that there are companies that do the same thing, but I am not convinced that they will take the time to explain the process and go over issues that arise. I felt valued at the time of purchase and still feel valued as a customer even after the warranty. I would highly recommend dealing with Triwest for anyone who is worried about making sure their videos are treated with the utmost care and attention. They will not disappoint.

Excellent, professional service. Transferred several hours of VHS and VHS-C to digital. Considering how old the video is, the quality is great. Tony was very helpful in answering all my many questions. Would highly recommend Triwest AV to anybody looking to convert analog to digital.
