Excellent service. Très rapide et disponible. Facile à rejoindre. J'ai fait réparer des gouttières et l'homme qui s'est présenté a fait un excellent travail, tout en étant très sympathique et courtois, ce qui est évidement une valeur ajoutée au service. Je ferais affaire de nouveau avec cette compagnie sans réserves.

Ma corde à linge a rendu l’âme et c’est ainsi que j’ai communiqué avec Service PB pour la remplacer. J’ai reçu un excellent service, que ce soit lors de l’appel initial jusqu’à l’installation de ma nouvelle corde à linge, qui s’est d’ailleurs fait dans un temps record, soit le lendemain du bris. Le technicien qui est venu la poser a fait un travail impeccable , en étant à l’écoute de mes besoins, alliant compétence et très grande gentillesse. Philippe, qui s’est chargé d’orchestrer le rendez-vous et l’après installation, a été tout aussi à l’écoute, efficace et très sympathique. Je vous recommande chaudement leurs services!

Left a message on their website at the end of a workday, and 15 minutes later, Philippe texted me some info. and provided a quote.Fast and efficient with everything answered.SchedulingAs my parents have medical appointments, etc, we had to work around their schedule and Philip was able to provide timeslots to accommodate us without any issues.In addition, he offered to contact me if an earlier date and time became available.ArrivalOn the day of the job, Philippe texted me to let me know that a member of his team will be at my parent's house couple hours earlier than expected and politely asked if I could contact my parents to see if that was good or not.
