Located in a peaceful neighbourhood. 'Everything homemade', quoted the owner proudly. The dishes DO tasted fresh, tasteful and unique! I personally favourate the mushroom risotto and the delicate olive oil cake. I visited with my dog because it is marked as pet friendly and it really is. My furry friend was treated nicely. We had a great dinner on the warmly heated patio. Highly recommended.

What a quaint restaurant. Loved the vibe and decor. I liked the coat hangers in the hallway. It was really warm. Upon entering, you could smell that familiar odour of old wood, of which many Vancouver buildings were constructed. Quite nostalgic.The place was clean and well-kept, including the 3 washrooms.The food was delicious. Lots of wine options.One thing that was strange was that our server had to keep coming back to advise us on the food. We had someone with us who was lactose intolerant, trying to avoid any cow by-product. Our server had to ask the kitchen about one thing, come back, tell us that wouldn’t work and ask us if we were ok with the alternative option. This went back and forth at least 4 times. It was a lot of “excuse me, the kitchen said this or that.” It would have been nice if there was clarity and communication between the kitchen and server for just one or two interruptions for modifications. That said, she was kind and genuinely tried to help get the best flavoured meal for our friend.I also appreciated the free parking. I would visit here again for sure.

I went here with my family yesterday for my birthday. We had a reservation and upon arrival asked to sit outside but was rudely cut off by the host that we did not request a table outside so this was not possible. I was not given the option of this when making a reservation. Further, our server was unfriendly, and it seemed like there was anywhere she would rather be. It made for an unpleasant experience on my birthday. When serving and clearing the table other staff were also aggressive in shoving plates around and nearly hitting my family members with their elbows. If you want Italian food, there are other restaurants with much better food and you will surely be treated more kindly.

It’s not often that you go to a restaurant and think they could be charging more for how good the food is! The quiet neighbourhood and relaxed atmosphere made us feel like we were on vacation. We started out with the bruschetta which is light and full of flavour. The tomatoes were so fresh. For our mains, we ordered the braised short rib gnocchi and the apple brie and bacon pizza, and were blown away by both. Personally I think this was one of the best pizzas I have ever had! Service was relaxed and friendly. I can’t wait to come back.

Stopped by on a rainy day and was immediately welcomed by the warmth and good energy. The service was attentive and swift, and the food - delicious! Will definitely be coming back!

The best gourmet pizza I've ever had. The fig & the apple-bacon pizzas were our favorite! Sat outside. Can't wait to return.

Amazing spot for Italian food. The pizzas were decent size, the pasta dishes were smaller portions and the appetizers were really small. Felt a bit pricy for anything other than the pizzas but everything was delicious!

I’ve dined here for a few years now and I’ve always had a good experience and good food.The staff are very knowledgeable and nice, always great service.The food is also done very well, lots of flavours and great textures - wish you could taste the food through my photos, but they were all mouthwatering, especially the burrata.I highly recommend this spot for a date night or quick eat with friends and family, it’s a staple restaurant in the neighbourhood!

Wow exactly what a nice neighborhood Italian restaurant should be. Nice interior busy bustling service. Good wine selection. Fresh made pasta was amazing and a well balanced flavored pizza. Really enjoyed our meal.
