I cannot say enough good things about your broker Sophie Baron Lasalle. My girlfriend and I had been through 3 brokers before we found Sophie, and she is BY FAR the best we've ever had. Sophie constantly goes above and beyond for her clients. She will give you her personal and honest opinion on a property, and will even tell you not to buy a place if it's not the right fit for you. This is unlike previous brokers I've worked with who are just trying to close on a property and get their commission quickly. True story: I asked if she would be interested in helping me rent my Griffintown condo and she refused because she said: So many people are looking for places now that you can post it online and easily find someone. Mauvais service, mauvaise communication, mauvais suivi, mauvaise expérience, mauvais investissement et perte de temps. J'ai appris par un autre courtier, d'une autre agence, que mon inscription était échue! Je devais faire mes visites moi-même car l'agente était souvent en vacances. Je ne le vous recommande absolument pas.
