I found this company through the certified inspectors website and Google Search, sent them a request as I did with several others, and I got a quick availability response from the owner with a pricing that make sense;His inspector was on time in the property, very professional and took the time to explain to me what's ok, what's not, what need immediate attention and the reasons why!The Chief-Inspector came also to validate and confirm some aspects of the inspection as well;2 days later, I got a very detailed 65 pages long reports with what went well and what need to be fixed asap or not...Bottom line, highly recommended business for thorough inspection purposes.
