They recently upgraded our furnace and heat pump since they had died. The work was done in less than one day and they provided extra vent lines to maximize our ventilation in the house. They cleaned up their work as well. Definitely recommend.

Very pleased with getting my mini split heat pump installed. Right from the quote to the job completion it was timely and efficient. Theo, Dan and Jake did a great job and I was very impressed with their work. Would definitely recommend Vent Air to anyone.

The townhouse complex had Vent Air as an installer so I just continued with maintenance by them. Last year, Dan was professional and helpful. But this year, when maintenance was to happen again, he didn’t respond to my voicemail about changing the date/time and wouldn’t respond to further calls/texts. Highly unprofessional and I’ve learned from their competitors that this is not unusual behaviour. Don’t recommend!

Theo was amazingly helpful not only in supplying a new heat pump system to replace the old oil heater but also in helping out with supplying us with a variety of quality tradesmen. Prices very reasonable, crew very efficient and friendly and Theo very easy to communicate with. Recommend highly.

Vent Air is incredible! They helped us out huge by fitting us in VERY last minute (days before Christmas), so that our family of 6 would have heat over the holidays. They came did the job quickly, and everything operates as it should. Their staff was professional but very friendly as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone asking for a professional in the heating and cooling industry.

Theo was great! He and his crew were so efficient and cleaned up. They had my whole ductless heat pump installed and ordered in less than a week. Fantastic company, and I highly recommend them!

Theo and the Vent Air team were great. Responsive from the start to finish. They did a great job from quoting to scheduling through to installation. They were even helpful in sharing info on the rebate programs through Clean BC. Would highly recommend.

I notice a lot of reviews mention how happy they are with installations. That’s fine and no complaints here with that. It’s service after the fact that matters as well. Service call was not answered very quickly and then when it was your told it will be at least a week before they will come look at it in winter weather. Real nice having no heat for over a week in winter from a company you bought from. I phoned a competitor who didn’t even sell me the unit and they’re coming out after hours to get it running. Real service!

Thank -you to Theo for the great work putting venting in for our hood fan /microwave combo and arranging Summit roofing and Killops Electrical to complete the job. Very professional from start to finish at keeping us informed and making sure job was completed. Would highly recommend him.
