You judge by the photos of Great Wave Communication, Do they own Dish Network or just trying to get better TV reception?Seems to me there's a problem at 224 State St Conneaut,Ohio.Maybe they don't believe the hype they are selling.

This is our local phone & internet provider. The now have both phone & internet over fiber. Speeds are fast and service y reliable.

I went to the site to look at available Internet options and there is exactly ZERO information available! I would like to know what plans are available and what the costs are but nothing on the site that helps in any way unless you count a phone number as valid help.EDIT: Thanks for your response. I did call and had a very good conversion about available options and I did order service on a second call. It would be very helpful to have some idea of the options available even if there is no pricing before deciding to make a call as I would have probably been able to order on the first call instead of having to make two calls. I know what I ordered but I can't remember for sure what other options are available and it would be nice to be able to just pop up the webpage and check easily.

Internet service is poor. goes in and out very often.

They were closed before 5, 4:30pm. If you actually work at a job this is not for you. How would an actual working person even request service. Very poor accommodation for anyone on first shift.

Internet is always going out. Whenever I call to get information, I'm put on hold saying that all the associates are busy, then a message saying call can't be completed.

Wish I could leave less than 1 star but I can't. Pay for phone and internet and constantly having issues with the internet being so slow that nothing works and the phone will randomly go out even with a hardline phone. I test the internet speed at least once a week and rarely hit 1mbps! Call them and they make it slightly better. Slightly is an over statement since it might make it to 1.5 mbps, and that will only last about a week at best then it goes to around 0.75 mbps. I live pretty far from town but I am still paying for 3mbps.

I literally can’t even stream on twitch and play rainbow six siege at the same time like what the actual flip my ping is always through the roof, and I’m not gonna be able to hit champ this season because of of how much it goes out. **very angry**!!!!!!!! Will be switching to spectrum

My wifi and cable go out on a weekly basis. I still have to pay full amount. It cracks me up when they say I'm experiencing a power outage when my power works. Great wave doesn't work. I wouldn't have given one star but was forced to as I am to pay my bill for something that doesn't work for no reason. Growing tired of this.

I was having trouble with my modem, and they said they'd walk me through reprovisioning it. Since I was only able to get internet via game console, they offered to do it for me.
