Comfortable and spacious room. Room temperature was too cold for this time of year, and could not get it warmer. Room had no water to drink. Question to the hotels, why have you stopped putting water in the rooms for the guests?Although it's described as a hotel at the airport, you will need to catch either the shuttle or an Uber/taxi from the airport.

BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!! High Crime area with possible criminal organization infiltration within the hotel. Had 2023 Suburban stolen from the parking lot with personal belongings inside on June 19th. Security" detailed witnessed the theft and DID NOT call the police. When I became aware

We stayed at the Courtyard for one night on two occasions during overnight layovers. We stayed in room 324 on the first night, and it was fine. The room was clean enough and I appreciated that body lotion was provided by the sink. They have bottles for Shampoo, Condition, and Body Wash in the shower which was good, some kind of eucalyptus, lavender smelling thing. The clock in this room was also a few minutes fast, which helped us get downstairs in time for the shuttle. The downsides were that there was a bright red sign outside, which was a pretty disappointing view from the room. It was also pretty cold, but we hadn't adjusted the thermostat. During this stay, we also went downstairs for a bite from the Bistro, which was good.On the second one-night stay, we were put up in room 319, which is on the opposite side of the building and looked out onto some white lights. Surprisingly, this room felt a bit dirtier than the previous one. There were a lot of specks and flecks on the ground, as well as some smaller hairs in the shower from other guests. The clock was slow in this room, which was annoying when trying to plan to leave on time.Overall, the Courtyard was fine for our purposes, but it also didn't feel like a place I would walk around barefoot. The digital door key never worked for us, but the staff at the front desk were fine, even if one of them put a hold on our credit card for 500 dollars, instead of 50

I stayed at this hotel for one night on June 16th, 2023 as part of a group on business. On the 20th of June a charge appeared on my credit card which I could not account for. I called the desk and was told it was likely a remnant from the security hold, and if it was not gone by today, to please call back. Today I called back to ask for help again. This representative told me it is a security hold which has been released, but for some reason that bank has charged me anyway. She went on to explain that they have no record of this transaction, and I would need to resolve this with my bank. I asked if I could get a written statement from the hotel to verify that they do not have a record of it, so I could present that to my bank, and she asked that I send an email request to the hotel for that letter. I asked for the email details, and she seemed quite stressed at the amount of time this was taking. Then I asked, if they have no record of this transaction, why does she believe it is a security deposit? After all, $20.91 seems like an odd number to hold for security at a business hotel. She ignored my question and restated that I need to resolve this with my bank. When I re-asked my question in a very calm manner, she said I don't have time for this"

This hotel is clean, nice enough, and so close to Pearson Airport. There's a shuttle that runs between the airport and the hotel. The rooms are consistent with other Courtyards, parking is easy, and it's a good option if you need a hotel close to the airport. The only downside is the sidewalks and pedestrian infrastructure in the area is not ideal, but you can still walk to nearby restaurants (and the dispensary, if that's your jam).

Lovely hotel. Every single staff member we interacted with was so pleasant and went above and beyond. Little things like running to the back room to offer us a coffee tray, staff removing garbage smiling and asking us how we are. The beds are so comfortable. Very very clean. The breakfast downstairs is made to order, and very good prices. No surprises, no silly charges. The breakfast again wasn’t some silly little pancake machine. We ordered oatmeal and a farmers breakfast bowl and they served it to us with very nice presentation. Starbucks machine in the lobby is awesome. Will definitely stay here again

I was so pleasantly surprised by how gracious, accommodating and friendly all members of staff were at this particular hotel. We were there for provincials (hockey) and the hotel was busy and bustily. Thank you Courtyard Marriott (Toronto Airport) for making it such a great weekend. All staff members at this location is exceptional.

I've travelled a lot and my stay here was exceptional. The staff were upbeat, friendly, and very helpful. The Bistro on site was great. We shared the quesadilla and it was delicious. Will make this my hotel of choice from now on.

I recently had a hotel stay at a property which I had chosen due to a flight cancellation. Unfortunately, I must say that my experience with the front desk agents left me rather dissatisfied. Upon arriving at the hotel, my exhaustion from the journey was heightened by the fact that our luggage had already been checked. Desiring some refreshment, I approached the front desk to inquire about the availability of drinking water. To my disappointment, the agent suggested that I purchase a bottle from their hotel. Although I complied with this request, it would have been a much-appreciated gesture if they had offered complimentary water considering the circumstances.Furthermore, I requested any robes and toothbrushes as we had nothing with us because of the cancelled flight. Regrettably, the front desk agent simply stated that they did not have such amenities available without providing me any alternative ways to get them. This lack of provision placed an inconvenience on us, forcing us to venture to another hotel for these basic necessities. Fortunately, the staff at the other hotel were kind enough to assist us and provide us with the required toothbrushes and toothpaste. It is disheartening when one hotel cannot accommodate such essential items, especially for weary travelers. The following morning, when we needed assistance in obtaining a taxi, the front desk agent who was preoccupied with his cell phone appeared disinterested and detached. Although he eventually helped us secure a taxi, his unprofessional demeanor was quite evident. The way he spoke to us lacked the expected level of professionalism one would anticipate from a hotel staff member.Overall, my hotel stay was marred by the encounters with the front desk agents. While I understand that every hotel has its limitations, it is essential for the staff to maintain a level of professionalism and attentiveness to ensure a positive guest experience. Improving customer service and addressing the issues I encountered would greatly enhance the reputation and appeal of the hotel.
