Took my road bike in today for a minor repair on a loose rib bolt on my frame, no other shop I called seemed to know how to fix this, but Leo at Landyachtz was the coolest and had it fixed in minutes. Awesome guy, awesome shop! Thank you.

Had an unfortunate bike accident with my landyatchtz bike. I was luckily (mostly) OK, but bike was totaled. The crew there (and Murphy in particular) were super helpful, kind, and generous with their help and support in dealing with ICBC and building a replacement bike. They’ve been great all along (as was the original bike), but extra appreciated during this time. Super recommend the shop for their product, but also the people.

I stopped by today with my partner to grab a couple of their Spitfire 3 bikes. We came shortly before closing and the staff members who helped us were so accommodating and helpful! Not once did we feel rushed and they sent us on our way on our gorgeous new bikes. Definitely happy to support these local folks.

Some of the best service I have ever had with a bike shop/ brand, and I don't even live in the same town. I entirely dealt with them on the phone and email, they were very polite and helpful. I have always wanted a steel gravel bike so I ordered there CB Mk2, have ridden it on road and gravel the last two weeks, and it has not disappointed, absolutely fantastic. Emailed them needing a small part, manager responded very quickly, literally within the day had tracking info and was on its way. can't speak highly enough about these guys. Took my bike in to get the shifter fixed. Received excellent and pleasant service. The staff took the time to do a temporary fix on the cable, then ordered in the parts and installed it.

I purchased a Play Bike from Landyachtz today. Working with the team over the last few weeks has been a totally pleasurable experience. The give and take around the design was a completely cooperative process, and the Landyachtz folks were very patient with me and successfully met all my needs. When I went to the shop today to pick up my bike, the service was terrific. I wasn't rushed (even though I arrived close to closing time), the team made some final adjustments, answered all my questions, and provided a lot of encouragement and advice. It was a great experience all around. I would highly recommend anyone interested in buying a bike to buy from this local, friendly shop.

Amazing shop. New to cycling, the staff gave me such a wonderful personal experience. They built up my badass ab al gravel bike which I love so much. Can't say enough about them would highly recommend and I'd buy and build another bike in a heart beat.
