Customer service is beyond amazing. I ordered a bakers rack, cookie sheets and a cover (fab pricing and way lots). They contacted me letting me know the cover I ordered wouldn’t fit the rack - suggested a different one and even sent a picture of how it would fit and waited for my confirmation before shipping. Amazing! They also were very helpful when dealing with my dented my cookie sheets from shipping. They dropped off the replacements personally! Couldn’t be more impressed!

Great customer service with Phoenix Food Equipment. I ordered some new stainless steel tables as well as a pan rack and the items arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately I did have an issue with 1 item (at no fault of Phoenix food) but due to the shipping company and Phoenix Food took care of the issue right away. Outstanding customer service, the best I have seen recently. I would absolutely recommend them, and look forward to purchasing more equipment from them in the future!

JULIA offers excellent customer service - extremely polite and helpful - with details of the double stainless steel laundry sink we need. She arranged a very quick delivery to coincide with installation of our washing machine, knew the correct faucet to purchase and had everything all set with good feelings all around.Very heartening!

I came here because I was looking to buy a mixer and some stainless steel tables for my restaurant. The customer service was amazing and the owner was very helpful. I was also amazed by the quality of the products especially considering the prices. I have been to other food equipment suppliers before but these guys seem to have the best prices for the quality stuff you are getting. I plan to shop here in the future.

I wouldn't recommend ordering online if you're in a rush, or make sure they actually have the item. There was a mixup with my item and it was delayed longer than expected. The staff were friendly to deal with and explained the situation best as they could. They did resolve the issue and ship my item out once it arrived in stock.

Joe was very helpful. Great customer service. The price was very competitive. Everybody was very accommodating. I will definitely be purchasing more items from them.
