I ordered a new dishwasher from CAS. I have ordered appliances from them in past.The purchase process was fine. The delivery went fine. I had an issue with a missing part that has still not been resolved. The Bosch dishwasher I purchased was supposed to include the drain tubing. The tube was missing from the shipment. I was not able to install the dishwasher and it is still in the middle of my kitchen.I contacted the salesperson at CAS and was directed to speak with their customer service team and they would either get a drain assembly sent out to me or would refund me an amount so I can purchase my own. When I spoke with customer service I was told that I need to contact Bosch directly.I was on hold with Bosch for about a half hour after being bumped around only to have the line go dead.I have now just sent an e-mail to Bosch noting the phone issue and have not heard back yet. At this point I am unable to install the dishwasher until this gets resolved.I could just go buy a drain tube but that negates the pricing deal that I worked out with the seller.

I loved the entire process. I ordered on-line. All went well. I didn't give 5 stars because I was disappointed that they didn't install my machines. They said they were too deep and needed to be put one on top of the other. My husband installed them side by side without any problems. But the delivery guys were nice and calm.

Sales process online was great. Delivery guys were also great but arrived 1.5 hours after my time slot. Not their fault but I feel companies that give you a 4 hour delivery time slot should be able to fulfill this commitment easily

Right now, especially with reading these reviews, I don't think I'll ever see my fridge or the part of a refund I paid in cash.UPDATE: you said you mailed a cheque, and you said you send all cheques in trackable mail, yet for two months you wouldn't give me the tracking number, and I had to wait a month to report it undelivered. Then you said you don't send cheques, and you needed the account number where I banked. I found a way to give you my banking information without risking losing any to you, and you still dragged your feet. Funny that when I put a stop payment on my credit card for the other order, you actually issued my the little refund for the smaller order. I checked with the bank yesterday and you had keyed in the number wrong, so they had to find the number. They charge a fee when companies like you do that to their members! I have asked to speak to a manager or supervisor many times, and you all say that you can handle my problem, yet it took you months to return the money to me, and you still did it wrong.True story.

My partner had a very unprofessional experience with this company. There were unnecessary delays that he had to compensate for. The customer service and delivery people were difficult to reach. There was one instance where a product part was left in the middle of the hallway of his rental property without any warning. Any sort of problem solving that needed to happen as a result of the company's errors were left up to my partner to work out on his own. We both understand that there are increased demands impacting the day to day operations of businesses in 2023 and have a great deal of empathy for this. However, the lack of accountability taken by this company when they made mistakes was completely unacceptable. This is something we would have preferred to discuss with the store manager however we were told this wasn't a management issue" when asked.Update: the washing machine was dropped off and not installed after it was agreed upon that this was supposed to be done. This has turned into 4 weeks of delays

After a lot of frustration scrolling through countless appliances on line, in flyers and an unsuccessful trip to another large appliance dealer with terrible customer service, I walked into CAS and found what I needed in my price range in less than 10 minutes. Bradley Cool offered his assistance immediately and answered all my questions with skill, ease and professionalism. I received my new appliances two weeks later and so far have been very happy with them. I would come here again for sure!

Amazing service! Delivery was so quick and easy. They delivery team were so kind and respectful. They took off their shoes upon entering. I purchased and got my new fridge delivered in 5 days! The price was also the lowest! Would highly recommend!

We paid $40 extra to have the door swing on the fridge to be moved to the other side. On delivery, the guys didn’t have the supplies to do the job. We took the day off work to accommodate the 4-hour window. We didn’t want to take another day off, so we did it ourselves. I had to use my limited free time to do the job that wasn’t fulfilled, and to call/email to rectify the situation. They only offered me the $40 refund and nothing more for the huge inconvenience. I will not support this company in the future.

Salesman Farman was great to deal with and will call him again the next time I need an appliance. As well the two delivery guys were amazing and quick as well as very pleasant.

The sales team did everything they can so that I can reach my budget and still give me the best washer and dryer out there for the price. Delivery was super smoothe. The guys were on time and very efficient.
