Will abruptly stop mowing your lawn if you miss a payment. They don’t even call to follow up and find out why you missed the payment. The online billing system is extremely hard to navigate. I tried several times to pay online only to have it kicked back. Causing several billing issues. I paid my full invoice and went with a different company that is more professional. The owner of this company has been harassing for several months stating with emails and letters saying that I owe $25. Now he’s racking up the $25 with monthly 15$ over due fees. Today I received letter threatening to have me arrested for nonpayment. Horrible communication and unprofessional!
