Paladin Security Calgary

I have to admit I never saw myself working as a Security Professional at all, but I got my license and training, got my first aid, and applied for a job with Paladin Healthcare. Great interview process and absolutely perfect placement at my new post. The training was good to get me ready for my position. I appreciate the support and the uniform and the community connections I am starting to make. I look forward to a long and beneficial relationship with this company.

The best organization I have ever worked with. Every policy is standard and I would suggest every one to have an experience with this company which would be worthy, either as a client or as an employee.

It’s a good company to work with. One person I Want to talk about, hiring manager named Debi, she is very arrogant. She lacks professionalism. I’m sorry I don’t think she should be in a position where you are suppose to work with employees as a team not against employees.Her behavior is very inhumane. She lacks the very basic knowledge. It seems she has personal grudge against people. The higher management need to look into this matter.

I have been working with Paladin for 4 months.I got alot of training there. It is a great company with amazing management team.

If anyone has a little brain do not use this company they hired none professional people at all the security girl hold me at foothills hospital and I missed my access bus because of that her name is Raj and they hold me for nothing I am 2 hrs late after my appointment I filed a complaint against her and I knew the will do nothing so save your money and time do not hire this company this is an advise the girl was so aggressive and rude she does not need to be in this location specially all the people are sick and tired and need better behaviour

Very mismanaged company. I was a casual guard here. They barely have open shifts. I used to call them constantly for shifts but all i get was a “no” . And when they have an open shift , they force you to take that shift regardless of your schedule and if you don’t work that shift, all you get is the termination letter. I also asked several times for a full time position from my manager but he was not so keen to reply back. I also asked them to shift me to the HealthCare Department but no response. Really disappointed.

I am doing work with Paladin . My experinece with this company really amazing as compare to other company. I enjoy my work here.

Amazing experience at South Health Campus emergency today with their guard Sandeep Kumar.. the guy was so welcoming, supportive, caring and motivated. Saw him helping every walk-in beyond his normal duties.. really appreciate!

I was at a venue that was apparently being monitored by Paladin. While working in a mobile setup outside the property, of which I was an invited guest, a woman who was patrolling for Paladin was extremely aggressive and rude to me, yelling with her arms flailing and jumping around like a cartoon character.After being yelled at for things that I either had no idea about or no control over, I began recording the encounter. I tried to calmly explain that all I could answer for was the cord that was connected to the building for our remote setup. She ranted and raved more, saying she “didn’t like surprises” and how “nobody told her” what was going on.There was no immediate threat. Nothing was obstructed and there was virtually nothing wrong until she showed up.While I don’t personally deal with Paladin, if this is the example of people they hire in Calgary, I would strongly advise any companies that have employees or guests staying nor working late find a new security contractor as Paladin’s standards seem to be “breathing” at best.

We've been using paladin for secondary security at my place of work and I couldn't be more impressed by the fast scheduling, consistency, and the accommodations they've made for the company I work for on such short notice. We've used them on 2 separate occasions, and they've been great for both short term use and long term use. Will certainly use them again from a company stand point.
