Dr. Ed and team have been consistently great. I had gone here for a few cleanings and fillings while under my parent's insurance over 6 years ago, then I had no money/coverage for the dentist for nearly 5 years. Finally returned due to pretty bad pain that wound up needing a root canal and crown. The process was explained to me in great detail about what would be done, why it was recommended, the risk vs reward, the cost etc. it felt like they really care about making my mouth as healthy as possible. Also Dr. Ed and the few assistants I've seen were all great towards me while in the chair, making sure I was always comfortable and not feeling pain. Now with the crown in my mouth it's completely indistinguishable from my real teeth, they made and coloured it in-house to be a perfect match. They also offer monthly payments as an option for large costly procedures which really helps. Feels odd that I now actually look forward to returning to the dentist, that's the power of Thornhill Dental's great service!

Thornhill Dental clinic is very clean and all equipments are new and modern, and frontdesk service very well, I had my teeth filled and cleaned, and the service was excelled and friendly. They always offer me professionalism, instill confidence with their demeanor & dentistry skills & steadfastly supportive. I presented a more challenging infected root-canal molar and clearly explained care & next steps. They arranged for me a very good dentist who specialization root canal and solved my problemSo thankful to have such a caring dentist ❤They are very friendly. Went in on an emergency, treated me with great respect, and took care of everything. Highly recommend this dental office.

Dr. Ella is such an amazing dentist i have only amazing things to say! If you have anxiety going to the dentist, she is the person for you. She will explain everything in such simple terms, is so quick and is always letting you know in advance what you should be feeling. She really makes you feel part of the team and treats her staff so kindly. She is also so thoriugh and addresses all your concerns. She doesnt dismiss anything and really takes into account how you are feeling in the moment. Special shout out to the wonderful hygienist Stephanie! Attentive, friendly, kind and really calms you down! Highly recommend Dr. Ella for anyone!!!
