Specialized Tree Care

Aaron and his team removed a 40 yr old, 40+ ft pine tree from our small backyard. We were very concerned due to the cramped space and limited access as well as proximity to neighbours’ homes and yards. Our worry was totally unnecessary. From the prompt reply and accurate estimate to the cutting (falling and bucking), removal and cleanup, the job was impeccable. We could not ask for a single thing to be done differently or be more pleased. We would give 10+/10 if the review allowed!

We have tall hedges which had not been pruned properly for years. Specialized came in and cleaned it all up and tidied up after themselves. Work was on time and on budget, no problem. Definitely will work with them again and recommend them highly!

Contacted Aaron on Wednesday as the tree on my yard was decaying and had to be cut down asap, Aaron called back within a short time, asked how he could help us, confirmed our address and said he would be by shortly, got the quote on on same day and i was very pleased as how fast he did the arrangements.So we decided to start on Friday morning and the tree was gone by afternoon.we were very please with the response and professional.Working in the customer service industry it warms my heart to see professional people like these.Will surely recommend this company to anyoneThanks Aaron and his team!!!Ajay K

We have used this company a few times. Recently to trim a large cedar and poplar and remove a dead fir.They are prompt, courteous, thorough and responsive to what you want. No surprises and fair pricing. Would definately use them again.

We purchased our property last year knowing the large evergreen trees in the front yard would need attention. The roots of the trees had done significant damage to the neighbour's driveway and made tripping hazards on our lawn. We called Specialized Tree Care and soon after they dropped by and gave us an estimate to remove the evergreens. Although the City's tree removal permit process took us longer than anticipated, Specialized honoured their original quote. They showed up on time with all the equipment required to do a safe, thorough job. It’s obvious they take pride in their workmanship; we were impressed by their attention to detail – they did a great job. We will definitely work with them again and recommend them highly!

I contacted three other services before Specialized and had either no call back or no response after an initial discussion. Aaron showed up on time, and provided a clear and reasonable quote. The crew that did the work were professional, courteous and quick. Cleanup afterwards was thorough. Very satisfied with the experience.

Had a tree fall from the latest wind storm and hang up in another tree near the house. Aaron came out right away and secured it so it couldn't fall any further. After a reasonable quote, he and the team came back later that week and finished the job. Work was well done, Aaron and his team were all easy to talk to and fair to deal with.
