I was not happy with the price or condition of the vehicle I was looking at buying. I would suggest as a customer that that they spend more time cleaning up their vehicles. The vehicle I looked at was dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke. So I decided not to buy it. The owner and staff were friendly but some of the vehicles they sell do need cleaning inside and out. Presentation even on an older vehicle can make a good impression if effort has been made to clean the vehicleto a perspective customer.

I had a great experience with John and the people at by pass auto. Honest and very reasonable. I recommend them and would happily do business with them again

Just bought a 04 Ford ranger 4x4 and have had no problems or worries no pushy sales man very helpful drove home to Merritt , they disclosed everything about the vehicle happily and promptly thanks Mike and John

I bought a used kia rio from them about two months ago. I was told the AC would be fix and to expect a call back for an appointment. They have since been avoiding my call and havent returned any of my messages.

Went there tonight to look and buying and trading my car in. Got there around 430pm wondered around the lot for 20+ minutes so decided to go to the door. See a sign that says if no one here please call X at X number (seriously?), also there sign says open till 6pm. So I call the number spoke to John to find out they actually close at 5pm. I said it's not even 5 yet. He replies oh well you can come back tomorrow. Uhm no no I will not be. Stay away horrible service and work ethic so can only imagine the condition of the used cars.

I am onto my second vehicle with ByPass, I love the customer service and their dedication to their customers as people and not just a bottomline.The personal touch when it comes to explaining every step from what you can expect, how to increase your personal credit score, the mechanics behind specifications of whichever vehicle you were looking at, these truly are the people to go see.I would highly recommend anyone who's in the market for a new vehicle to come on by and see if there is a vehicle that fits your family, life or needs.

Bought a car here, no real issues with that except it needed front brakes which wasn't disclosed. So much for selling 'safe' vehicles as he repeatedly said.Was told to bring it in for any issues, you get a cheap labour rate of $70/h since you bought the vehicle from them (mechanic is attached to the building). Brought it in for some front end chatter. Told him I suspected sway bars but it could be struts due to age. Walked out with a $215 bill and being told nothing was wrong with it but we changed your oil, cabin air filter and engine air filter for you. Oil had 42% life left, absolutely NO reason for a change. Air filters are cheap to replace and I do often myself, it takes 2 minutes.I went to Fortin's, picked up a set of Moog sway bars for $120, a 26 of vodka and a friend did it for me. Drove out of his driveway and the chatter was gone.I would NOT suggest coming here.

I'll never forget the kindness shown to me. An employee went above and beyond for me even though I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle. The kindness shown was unlike any other. My mom ended up giving me her vehicle but if I had to choose a place to buy from, I'd chose this one. I can never repay the employee for going way above what his job called for but I hope he knows how grateful I am for that night I went to the car lot.

Bought a 2008 Mazda Tribute for close to 10k so I'd expect it to be reliable. The next day it starts having serious problems and I barely get it back to the dealership. Then getting my money back was a huge hassle and they even kept 500$ from my payment. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with, would never recommend this place to anyone.
