I have the APEX model and have tried contacting them TWICE in a month and no response. I need a part for my rear door/window as the current one is broken and causes rain ingress. Not good. No response whatsoever as to where to purchase parts. Calling Brad in sales and no response. Andrew, I tried calling you on ext. 116 but your mailbox is full

I ordered parts for my canopy almost 5 weeks ago. They wanted to be paid up front and I trusted them. I was told that the parts would be shipped the next week and if that wasn't possible they would be shipped within 2 weeks. 5 weeks later and now they aren't returning my calls. Still no parts, no shipment date and now no return calls despite their promises to follow up.

Bought apex model.Poor customer service, tried to contact company twice about new hinges and never heard a word from them. Canopy constantly needs adjusted to keep both latches hooked up. Poor craftsmanship is obvious in this canopy. wish I had bought made in USA canopy.

Very poor communication. Trying to replace parts and this company's attitude is essentially you bought it not our problem. Another company that does not stand behind its product but is more then glad to take $5000 from your pocket. You will notice a pattern in the reviews for parts and a response from the company. There are better and ford needs to move away from this company.

Don't stand behind their products. Company said they've been seeing a lot of failed hinges lately but won't even provide a replacement part for me to install myself.Buy someone reliable like SnugTop. They make great products and provide a warranty against defects.

I called to try to find some information about a used topper offered to me online, Brad from sales (I think that was his name) was extremely helpful searching information about the fitting on my truck and assisting me about what parts and the real cost of the project would be, excellent costumer service indeed.

Purchased a canopy from this company, not impressed at all.Despite being professionally installed shell began to warp and crack immediately. Additional clamps were needed to keep it from distorting. It got so bad the latches would not catch.Additionally the latches/handles are of very low quality and fail to function after one season. Paint chips very easily and customer service is non-existent.Please do better!!

Ordered hi rise new design. Paint wasn't great and the design is flawed. There needs to be less of a ledge. It's a ledge then it's a flat roof. This is great for rocks n chipsStick with the wedge design, more aerodynamic and better looking. The gap is better now on the ram 3500 crew but poor design. Flat roof this high is impossible to clean and gets alot of standing water.Still waiting on rubber protectors for handlesFor this price I would expect better paint job and better design.

My canopy brake light went out after 6 months. I contacted the dealer that installed it and they no longer warranty any canopies. Range Rider will not respond to me. They hung up on me. I am having issues with damaged paint now and have no recourse.
