Armando made us feel that our house buying experience was as personal as his own. He listened to our needs and wants and pointed out these when we became too excited about a house. We lived in Vancouver so we ferried each time a house would spark interest and he would give us a ride from and to the ferry. Since we weren't familiar with the area, he responded to all our questions patiently. We used another realtor to sell and the difference is like night and day. Armando is 5 stars!
