Did not have what i needed. I needed a new car key since i only have one, so i got one cut but it did not work so i had to take it back, the girl then looked it up in the book and saw they didn't stock the key i needed so i had to get a refund. Make sure they check their book before trying to keymatch.

Poorly run place! Needed a grinder, says they have 2 in stock so drive 40 minutes to go get it and they don’t have them. Ask if they can order it for me, she says no I have to order it myself. I order it, get the email saying it’s ready for pick up. I drive up there again and they say they don’t have it. Now I’ve wasted 50$ on gas and still gotta go a third time to get it yet. I’ll be ordering on Amazon from now on!

Been here 4 times to get a pair of gloves and unsuccessful. Wanted to get a pair on sale but they ordered a bunch of one size. Had to order online so I could get the sale price. Staff knows nothing and act annoyed. Once I get my gloves I will not be back.

Wonderfully helpful staff, a huge selection of products for almost anything you could need. I bought socks with a lifetime guarantee! No matter what you're shopping for, be it clothing of many kinds, kitchen gadgets, plumbing equipment, all kinds of small hardware (nuts, nails, bolts, etc), pet equipment (food, beds, brushes, leashes, toys, etc.), toys for the kiddos, and that's not even counting all the seasonal products that cycle through. All of excellent quality.

One of my number one go to places in town. Sadly they are usually out of the bolts or hose clamps I need. Then I end up heading to a competitor to source what I need.
