As i walked along the street near my home a few weeks ago, I saw two people tackling the trimming of a massive hedgerow that was very high up......It surrounds a small townhouse complex. They were doing an incredible job and one guy was doing the job way up high on an impossibly long ladder......... Once he was on solid ground, I walked over and requested a business card and explained that my neighbour and I shared a hedge along one side of our properties. I figured maybe that we might be too small a job for them, however, one of them, Rory" smiled and assured me that he would come around and take a look. Our trees (a super tall Douglas fir, gnarly plum, and gigantic Emerald cedars) received special care and attention from Stephan! He is knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Excellent communication! Very happy with the work done and the clean up afterwards. And the free advice on care and maintenance :) highly recommend! Prices are very reasonable too.

Very impressed with their knowledge and degree of integrity ... hedges and cedar trees were trimmed to perfection ... finally a landscaping company that goes the extra mile. Stephan was very informative with suggestions and reasons certain trees (that had been replanted twice on our property by a previous landscaper) died. Cleanup was exceptional. Excellent customer service and job well done.We just hired Treeline to trim our laurel hedge for the second year in a row. Stephan came by to give an estimate, explained his recommendation for how to trim it, adjusted his plan to what we wanted, showed up on time (a contractor! showing up! on time!), and did the job quickly which is nice because it's kinda loud. It wasn't quite level (our ground slopes so it's complicated) and I'm a bit OCD so I asked them to come back and fix it. They showed up on time (again!) and re-did the whole thing quickly and with courtesy until I was happy. Our hedge now looks beautiful. They also cleaned up really nicely. That is excellent customer service. We will be hiring them every year. If you have a laurel hedge, you know how quickly it grows and that you want to stay on top of it. These guys will be getting my business from now on. Last time Stephan also threw in some gardening advice for free... they know plants.
