I must say I am so pleased and amazed with the effort and help I receive from Leslie to make it possible for me to quit smoking. I was nervous and hesitant considering I smoked for 65 years and didn’t really want to quit, but it was necessary for my health. We had 2 scheduled Zoom sessions, absolutely painless and I was falling asleep by the end of each. I was referred to Leslie for hypnolabour. She easily adapted her services to an online platform during the pandemic, and was able maintain a safe, calming and engaging environment. While we had an emergency and unable to fully utilize the hypnolabour, we were able to take the strategies she taught us and apply them to other situations to help reduce anxiety during our unforeseen circumstances. Leslie and her techniques were instrumental in helping to ease my anxiety around labour. I still use her personalized recordings she made me to this day! Cannot speak more highly of her and her program.
