Awesome... Awesome... Awesome... It's crazy when you notice that it's working... Before going to see Dr Helen, stretching was something that my body wasn't doing and if it did it came with the fear of cramping, now I get to look forward to the feeling of stretching without the fear of the dreaded cramp. So great.
