An amazing experience! The service was fantastic some start to finish, and we especially appreciated the installation team. They took the time to actually tidy up some of the gas lines our plumber hooked up, and showed us how to properly maintain both the new fireplace they just installed and an existing one we had upstairs. Thank you so much for your hard work!

I don't remember who installed our fireplace earlier this summer, but they did such a great job, they went above and beyond, even fixing some of the gas lines that a plumbing and heating company had installed earlier, making them look neat and professional. Thank you.

Great Staff and service! We live in the Creston area, had a wood stove installed, quick,clean and professional! We did a lot of shopping around for our wood burning stove, I'm very glad we went with The Fireplace Cranbrook! Quick, friendly and knowledgeable. And better pricing than most others! Highly recommended!

We are so pleased with our fireplace. We went from wood to gas and use it every day to heat our main living space to save money since it is more efficient then our boiler heat. The people at The Fireplace, Cranbrook were awesome. If you want quality product and professional service, go there!

I recently bought a Jotul Gas Stove from Cranbrook Fireplace and had them install it. Jeremy and staff came when they said they would, worked quickly but carefully......and left with me feeling very happy about my purchase and the quality installation. They are professionals who are experts at what they do. I would NOT hesitate to recommend this business to anyone.

Brayden & Craig we’re pleasant, professional and hardworking guys. Took extra care of installation ( covered our floor with moving type blankets, to protect the floor.Did a great clean up, vacuumed and took away all boxes etc. Explained and answered questions about everything with us, and we’re are so very happy to have such great service. We had a gas fireplace installed in our old wood burning fireplace about a month ago. They did a great job installing it, left no mess, and answered all the questions I had. I would recommend the Fireplace to anyone in a heartbeat.
