Warm small town welcoming feeling from the staff as you enter daily.Athletic as well as comforting atmosphere to all ages and abilities.I would recommend the Centre to all!!!

This is a great place to work out. Full complement of weight lifting equipment and free weights. All kinds of classes from spinning to step to aerobics. Full basketball/volleyball court. Wide variety of classes for kids and adults year round. The best pool in the region as well as a therapy pool with jets and a ramp for the differently-abeled. The whole place is wheelchair accessible. Clean and well maintained and staffed by a great group. This is an asset to the whole community. Petrolia is fortunate to have this fine facility.

This recreation centre in Petrolia, Ontario offers everything from a workout facility to their 75 metre swimming pool as well as a wading pool. The pool temperature is always above 80° F (wading pool above 90°F). Great classes and public swim times. The change room showers need updating but a great facility overall. Prices are reasonable and full memberships are not required in order to use the facilities....Hopefully this advantage will continue into the future.

We take the family to the indoor pool. They have a standard pool and a smaller warmer therapy pool which is heated. Facility is always clean and has a big family sized change room.

Oil Heritage District Community Centre is the community centre located on Tank Street in Petrolia. It includes two pool (one heated), a fitness centre, a gymnasium, and some rooms for different uses. Am annual membership is expensive. Non-members can still take advantage of the Centre, including using it for birthday parties. Their birthday party packages are very reasonable and you can choose the activities from their list. All packages include swimming, pizza, cake, and drinks. The Centre also offers different programs such as swimming lessons, water aerobics, etc.

A great place to make new friends or spend time with old friends. Aquafit class twice daily thru the summer. Once daily on weekends. Trying out the gym sessions soon.
