Waiting the the waiting room for over 1 and a half hours past my appointment time, still have not been seen. This is a ridiculous waste of people's time on a Monday afternoon. I received a call from the clinic 2 hours before my appointment, there was no mention of the long delays expected today when they called. Had I been informed when they called me I could have rearranged my day or brought some work to do in the waiting room rather than wasting my time.

I came into the office yesterday for a PCR test to travel and, despite the reviews, I was very pleased with the service. The staff was attentive to me and were great in communicating the results by phone as well as by email in time for my flight.My one critique is that the front desk staff needs more support handling calls and intake. I can tell that the lady at the front was overwhelmed and I give her credit for the work that she put in to manage the waiting room and the calls. It may be helpful for management to install call queuing so that people can hold on the line without the front desk asking them to hold and come back on the line to answer the call again.That aside I had a decent experience and appreciated the attentiveness to my needs.

Slowest aviation medical I’ve ever had. Appointment time was changed twice before I arrived and I sat for 30 mins before being seen. Now myself and at least 5 others have been waiting for at least and hour AFTER our ECG’s waiting to get our booklets back and get out of here. Whole process took nearly 3 hours!

Terrible place. I made a booking for an immigration medical exam without checking the reviews first, my mistake. The place is old and filthy. I would be reluctant to have my blood taken there. I waited for over 30 min with nothing happening, considering I was the only one waiting there! Two ladies sit at the reception and chatter very loudly in their language. I lost my patience when more people started arriving, finally read the reviews while waiting and decided to leave. The reception lady behaved like she was offended that I asked for my documents back and became very rude. I had to remind her that she can’t refuse me my passport back and it’s my choice to leave.I went to another clinic on the same day and my exam was done by kind attentive staff within 20min, including document processing, no waiting, even though there were a few people there.My experience at this medical office was a waste of time. The staff is incompetent and unprofessional, definitely cannot recommend to anyone.

Do yourself a favor and avoid going here. Actually, If you would like to write a thesis on unprofessionalism/ how to be not punctual, you should definitely visit this so-called clinic. The receptionists do not have respect for customers or their time.You will keep on waiting for your pre-booked" appointment but your number would come probably an hour after your booked time. I think the doctor and receptionists must have forgot to set their clocks during the daylight savings in November.I wish there were some government agencies that would audit such clinics time to time."

Their website is misleading for medical exams for new zealand. The price on their website as of April 29, 2022 is listed at $280 with an x-ray. They charged me $420 and did not provide the x-ray. This is done across town at another location and separate business on burrard. The service is terrible, the place is unclean, the staff are pretty dismissive and their understanding of the visa system seems poor. You need to really be clear with them and they genuinely don't seem to care either way. Their English is fluent but seems to be barely there. Just go to one of the higher rated places that lists their prices honestly and gets you peace of mind. It's probably closer to the x-ray spot too. Super dissapointed in myself for not just walking out. The spot is shady from the outside and you'll see the red flags a mile away.

Made appointment 3 weeks before and for some reason waiting inside for 1 hour already. Will see how much it takes. Disappointed. Don't come here. It's a clinic but there are zero sanitary measures

Waste of time. Appointments don't get honored. STAFF full of liars.
